It’s been a long and sometimes challenging journey, but one filled with professional and financial rewards.

I've been in the export business for fifty years. It might sound like an eternity, I know. Even I find it hard to believe so much time has passed. Naturally, I've had the chance to do many things, some very interesting and some quite dull, as is the case with most jobs. One particular role, however, left an indelible mark on my memory: being a manager at an international logistics company.

I've decided to write on Substack to share what I've learned from my experience, hoping it will be useful to those embarking on a similar career path.
